For the future employee this site is devoted to getting you the right position as quickly as possible. Here I hope you find the post you are looking for. There are many sites available to you; the problem is they cover all positions from all industries. Not just IT.

For 17 years I have been involved in IT and for the last 6 years I have been in the position of needing new IT employees, from sales positions to Sys Admin to Technical support staff at all levels. If I look back to the fee’s I have paid out I cringe! Some I have to say were a waste of time.

The problem was a lack of knowledge within the world of recruitment; I knew what I was looking for but putting this across to a person with no IT knowledge proved very difficult. Trying to describe a SAN environment or a Cluster Solution, even GPU computing for example to someone, who has a PC on their desk and has no idea what’s behind it, is a task and a half! Understanding that a System administrator is not only there because there is no picture on your screen and this has to be fixed now…. Sys-Admins all around the country will probably agree, this is a minor issue to what is really the problem within any company.

So I created this site, to ease the problems and pain when looking for an IT Literate person to fill your position. This site will only offer true posts where IT is the main subject. The gateway, if you will, to satisfy the problems we all face when looking for a position or a person.
